Availability

Due to the nature of the products, and impending RSVP deadlines, it's important to order and respond promptly, allowing for unforeseen errors or delays.

Payment

We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Bank transfers are accepted on request for wedding orders over £500.

• Design Process

Customising

Wording and colours are customisable, unless stated. Where a photo is featured, you can upload your own.

In order to preserve our distinguished aesthetic, we do not accept requests to alter fonts that are not featured within our portfolio.

Making Edits

Once your proof has been sent, you may want to make changes. Should edits be required, please email a list of changes, and the file will be returned for your further review.

Unlimited wording edits are included to ensure you love the final design.

Approval

We try our best to catch all mistakes and errors. The customer is responsible for any unnoticed approved errors.

Should reprints be required please contact us for a quote.

• Printing & Shipping

Lead Time

Please check the products description for accurate lead times.

As a small business committed to creating sustainable and affordable products, it is imperative that we batch print once-weekly to minimise our impact.

Shipping

You can select how you'd like to receive your goods at checkout.

• 24hr tracked £6, or 48hr tracked £4

Lola's Paperie is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage once the goods leave our possession.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and services, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted.

Copyright

This website and its content are owned by Lola's Paperie and are protected by copyright laws.

Lola's Paperie maintain full legal ownership of the artwork included on our website, social media and products.

Sharing Content

We would love for you to share our products via social media providing the appropriate credit, e.g. tag us on Instagram, or post with links to our website.

Under no circumstances may any our work be reproduced, altered, copied, or repurposed in any way, within any print or digital media.

Client Work

Lola's Paperie reserves the right to post images of product purchases online and on social media for marketing purposes.

We will never share sensitive personal information, and will ensure those elements are illegible via cropping, covering, or blurring.

We take all necessary precautions to protect your information.

This website uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders.

This website secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

Processing Payments

When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon in the browser bar.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide the best experience on our website.

You may opt out by declining their use when you first visit the website.

• Legal

Prohibition of Resale

It is a condition of this Agreement that you do not purchase any products for the purpose of selling, sharing or supplying them as part of a business.

This includes using products or imagery to advertise or promote your own goods or services unless you have my prior written consent.

Right to Withdraw

Should any of these policies not be met, Lola's Paperie reserves the right to withdraw my services. You will be informed by written communication.

A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days, and calculated by the total order value, less (1) Design time already afforded at a rate of £30 per hour, and (2) Any materials used.

Breach of terms

If you are in breach of these terms, we have the legal right to withdraw our services without recompense, ask you to remove, take down, and discard all instances of our work, with no responsibility to any costs you may have invested in those items. Failure to do so will require us seek legal representation.
